The property sits directly on the water with rare sandy beach access stretching across the entire backside of the home, creating the perfect place to swim, launch kayaks, or relax with your toes in the sand.
One of the biggest highlights of the property is the show-stopping detached game room, designed as the ultimate hangout space. This fully climate-controlled space features a 12' professional shuffleboard table, custom mural, pool table, ping pong, poker table, and a comfortable lounge area with a large TV, plus dining space, bar seating, an additional refrigerator, and microwave. It’s the perfect spot for game nights, watching sports, or gathering after a day on the lake.
Boaters will love this location. The home sits in a protected cove on the main body of Possum Kingdom, offering calm water for swimming and paddle boarding while still providing quick access to open water for boating and water sports. Guests are welcome to bring their boat and tie off at the dock, making it easy to enjoy the lake all day long.
Spend your days kayaking the cove, paddle boarding along the shoreline, fishing from the dock, or relaxing on your private sandy beach. Our personal boat is stored on the lift in the slip. Guests may tie off on the side of the dock, and bumpers are provided.
